This is a NO-DROP, weekly ride that starts in the Capitola area and ventures out on the paved roads of Eastern Leon and Jefferson counties.

At present, there are eight (8) road courses, which are detailed
below.

This is a NO-DROP, weekly ride that starts in the Capitola area and ventures out on the paved roads of Eastern Leon and Jefferson counties. At present, there are thirteen (13) road courses; the thirteen (13) courses will be
ridden in a sequential order and then repeat.

All the courses are 30-34 miles and will include a mid-ride break and occasional short pauses to allow riders to regroup. Due to this area’s rural nature, access to restroom facilities and potable water on rides is not assured.

A GPS course for each route is available for download.

The average cycling pace for these rides will be 14-16mph, with both slower and faster segments due to the
topography, the weather, or the size and composition of the ride group. If you are on one of these rides and
find you cannot keep pace, inform the ride leader or a nearby rider so that the ride group will know to keep an eye on you.

Registration Information: pre-registration is not required for club members. It is recommended that Non-members sign a waiver of liability to participate; also, the club’s insurance policies do not cover non-members.
Non-Members ride at own risk.
