MUNSON MONDAY w/TMBA - https://www.tmba.bike.  Tallahassee Mountain Bike Association.
We ride together in this joint club weekly ride started and maintained by TMBA.

The Munson Loop is 8 Miles dropping in at the trail head.
Add "The Luge" for an extra 2 miles.
6:00 PM Sharp 

The full ride is 22 miles starting outside the Edison restaurant at the Oak Tree  - 14 MPH paved social pace until we reach Munson.
5:30 Sharp

Faster riders drop into the trail first.  
Order yourself in the lineup according to your comfort level.

There are 3 rejoining points along the trail during this no-drop ride.  Last stop is at the water fountain on the St. Marks trail and Munson put in, and then again once everyone exists the trail.  Those who started at Cascades will head back.

This ride continues in winter months when lights are required.
HELMET ALWAYS REQUIRED.
