Howdy, All:
It's that time of year again where folk are hitting you up for money 💰 and, sorry to say, I'm one of them.
If you’ve had the opportunity this year to enjoy using the Church’s covered picnic area (…and ice machine and bathrooms) like it was your own personal rest stop, would you show appreciation with some cash? The Church has always shown us generosity and a welcoming spirit while they do good works in the Wacissa Community. We’ve been told that some of our past donations went to help pay power bills for folks who were really struggling. Any amount of money you feel is appropriate and comfortable to give will be appreciated by Pastor Mike, Carla and company. I’m here to collect whatever amount you'd care to put in. (Sorry, but I don't have any platform for E-transactions.). I'll purchase a money order with the cash that's collected and will keep a receipts record for anyone’s review. Why don't crabs and shrimp donate to charity? I'm told it has something to do with the fact that they're shellfish.
