Spaghetti 100 - 39th Edition
About this event
October 12, 2024
This iconic ride starts at the Miccosukee Community Center and rides into the scenic back country of North Florida and South Georgia. The road routes take riders through historic Thomasville and Boston in Georgia and then through Monticello in Florida. The dirt routes are non-technical, following the beautiful canopied clay roads through the heart of classic Red Hills plantation country.
You'll find well-stocked rest stops along the way, and there is mechanical, medical, and SAG support. And of course a great Spaghetti meal at the end of the ride!
In the past we have awarded “World Champion” jerseys to the first riders to complete the 100 mile road route and the 62 mile dirt route. However, we have been advised by our insurance that our recreational ride cannot have a racing element, which that this year’s event will be strictly a non-competitive recreational ride with no jersey for the first place riders. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation to make this a fun, safe and insured event.
The Spaghetti 100 funds our Kids on Bike program, which teaches hundreds of elementary school children how to ride a bike and ride it safely in traffic. It also helps to support our Trips for Kids chapter, which takes disadvantaged youth on bike rides on our local trails. So please register, or consider making a donation.
For CCC members the entrance fees remain unchanged from the last edition, at $40, if you register before Sept 28. This rate will be increased to $50 and after that date. For non-members we've had to increase the registration fee due to increased insurance costs. It is now $60 before Sept 28, and $70 after that date. Members and non-members can register up to three guests. There will be the option of registration at packet pick-up the Friday afternoon before the ride, or on-site on Saturday morning, but the fee will be $80 for members and non-members. Registration online helps us out and is cheaper. Registration remains open until Friday Oct 11 at noon.
For updated details about the schedule, the routes, parking, etc. keep an eye on the Spaghetti100 webpage, and your email inbox if you have registered for this event.
Riders will receive an event T-shirt if they register by October 5th. We will be limiting the number of riders to 350 this year, so register early!
