Sunday Classics: Cascades East (Cabo's) medium

This ride is about 36 miles. With Cabos Island Grill being closed, it now starts at Cascade Park. It starts off on the beautiful canopy road St Augustine, and then via Old Planck to get to the midway stop at Natural Bridge State Park. From there back to town via Natural Bridge Rd and the St Marks trail.   

Ride speed averages 16-19 mph w/regular regroups.  Some sections may be faster, but many are slower. Helmet Required. Aero bars are not allowed (...save them for time trials). 

If it's very wet, we might shorten the ride with a return on Tram Rd.
