Something a bit different:  Group Skills Ride Commerce/Old Plank/Tram(30+ miles)  start/finish:  J. Lewis Hall Park  9:00 AM arrival time 

…Let’s agree to ride in formations (“close the gaps!”) and practice group riding skills with a bit of pace.  This course will have a 4-mile warm-up, a 4-mile cool-down and 22 miles of disciplined efforts.  Oh, come on—it’ll be fun...

Ride speed averages 16-19 mph w/regular regroups.  Some sections may be faster, but many are slower. Helmet Required. Aero bars are not allowed (...save them for time trials).
