Labor Day Ride: Reverse Cascade Loop

Start from Cascade park along the St Marks trail with a return along the 267 and Springhill Rd.  43 miles

Ride speed averages 16-19 mph w/regular regroups.  Some sections may be faster, but many are slower. Helmet Required. Aero bars are not allowed (...save them for time trials).
