MARCH BIKE MADNESS IS BACK FOR 2022!!!
March 1st is just one week from today!!! So March Madness - bicycle style - is just around the corner. Yes, March Bike Madness is coming back for 2022.
So start setting your goal and planning your rides for March. In 2021 - our inaugural year Bike Madness - there were 46 riders that posted 512 rides!! What will 2022 bring?
We are hopefully done with the cold winter weather and can now enjoy our glorious spring. A perfect time to get on your bike.
Everyone can participate regardless of riding level, type of bike or ride. Road, clay, single track, indoor, outdoor, ebike or traditional it all counts! You can also “double dip”! You can go one one of the “Ride and Eat” rides, a Relaxed Ride or any other group ride and count it towards your Bike Madness tally.
You keep track of your rides and post on the associated
Facebook group. When you post, please note that it is one of your Madness Rides. Any ride details and pictures are great to include. We will keep track of the number of riders and rides during the month.
What level will you reach during the month of March:
Ride 1 to 8 rides and be a member of the Sweet Sixteen.
Ride 9 to 12 rides and be a part of the Elite Eight.
Ride 13 or 14 rides and be in the Final Four.
Finish 15 rides and be in the Championship Round.
Ride 16 or more rides and be a CHAMPION!!
