CCC Members:
Below is an email for CCC member Philip Lee regarding a dangerous dog near the intersection of Cornelia St and Lindgren Ave in Tallahassee. The CCC email system will probably strip out the photos. I’m not a dog expert, but the dog looks like a pit bull
to me. It is light brown with a white section under the chin and on the chest. As a reminder, detailed information on the process for reporting dangerous dogs is posted on the CCC website at:
Fortunately, it sounds like Philip was not seriously injured. But he is getting a rabies booster.

Spread the Word. I was injured by a dog this morning at the intersection of Cornelia St and Lindgren Ave in Tallahassee. Two bites, one on each calf, bloody and sore. The dog came from
a poorly secured, bent open gate in front of 3437 Cornelia St. See below:
This is the dog:
I took these photos when I went back there by auto after the incident. I got a good look and saw no tags on those collars. Furthermore, I saw that dog walk through that gate and under that house like she owned
the place. It was early this morning and no people were on the street or the adjacent paved trail near there. Hugh and I biked that trail Wednesday with no trouble--but now there's trouble. Leon County animal control and TPD have been informed in detail, official
documentation is in process. Beyond that I had rabies vax in 2020 at the Capital Medical ER so now by normal procedure I will go back there for a booster.
